Hi, I’m Steve Lisenby, the owner of Southern General Contractors, and while I’m at it here, I’d also like to say “Thanks” to so many great customers for so much support through the years.

Back in the late 70′s I started out working for a roofing contractor on weekday afternoons and Saturdays, and then diversified into several of the other related trades, eventually progressing on up to several major home builders in the Rockhill and Charlotte areas, then on to high-rise work in Charlotte, NC, and then I had gained enough on the job experience at becoming what is now your most local, efficient, conscientous, and trustworthy on-call Darlington, SC and surrounding-areas remodeling company, Southern General Contractors.

We’re located right near here in Chesterfield, South Carolina, and we proudly cover not only Chesterfield itself, but; we also serve all areas within a 60 mile radius, with all of your remodeling and construction needs, wants, and desires. We have over 30 years of experience in this field under our belts, and we’re humbly and proudly at your service.
